I am a seasoned bodyworker with over 26 years of experience dedicated to the belief that our bodies hold profound wisdom. I co-create a safe and supportive space, allowing individuals to access their own capacity for healing. Drawing from my roles as a daughter, mother, and caretaker, I deeply understands the importance of both giving and receiving care, informing my compassionate and attentive approach to working with others.
