  • A foot zone requires a firm tool to skin contact. Please arrive with clean, un-moisturized feet.

  • During your session, you will be in a semi-reclined position. For ease, dress comfortably in clothes that allow access to your feet and lower legs.

  • Most clients feel a deep sense of relaxation after a session, some are immediately rejuvenated. A foot zone can be anything from a physical treatment to a deep emotional experience. Your session is guided by your willingness to be open to the experience.

    Be gentle with yourself. Drink water. Move with intention. Many things can shift after a session, sometimes its subtle, and other times the shift is obvious.
